Field Gallery - error with upload big images (over 4 MB) - Cobalt 7

Hi there!

I buy the filed gallery some time ago. A few days ago I create the competition, where people would upload their photo and share it.

I have a file "field gallery" in version 7.3.

But now I have a problem, because the large image cannot upload.

For example: In submission form on front I search in desktop the right image and check it. After I click the upload button. Then blue progress bar goes to 50%. And the countdown continues as a percentage. At 100% blue progress bar will not budge. And it does not end.

I checked the FTP server and I saw that all the photos were thrown well. I dropped them on the desktop. Zero errors.

What's wrong? Is the fault of the server, Joomla or something else?

Please help me.

P.S.

When I upgrade Cobalt or some filed, does it affect on existing records?

I suspect that in ajax upload response, there is some error message.

So best way to see in in firebug console. Or you can try to switch to error reporting to none and try again. But beter to know what is the error.

Another way just give us link and login credential if required to check.

And then login in.

Next click the "Stwórz wpis w konkursie Podróże 2012".

And try to upload some big images (over 4 MB per image).

Then save the form.

Don't worry I delete your entry, when we solve my problem.

Clowride is trying to say that anyone on this forum can read credential to login. It is not a ticket system it is a public forum.
