I was think of adding statuses in the article list template.

pack with Discussions

Unfortunately even if we create Discussions category and Discussion type, users will have too add additional field to they type they want to create discussion with.

PLEASE can you teach me step bu step how to make a discution feature for forum please

example : i have a article and at the bottom of this article i have a button "let's discuss about this article"

You can do is with relate field. Your article is parent and discussion is child. Create special category in Forum section and new type call it discussion. restrict this type only to be able to be submitted to this category. The rest is as usual relate connection.
