Unable to use multiple level select when install from packer

i can not use multiple level select, when i upload and parse file.txt i have this error : Can't DROP 'idx_field'; check that column/key exists SQL=ALTER TABLE uydvi_js_res_field_multilevelselect DROP KEY idx_field, DROP KEY idx_lr, DROP KEY idx_parent;

any help would welcome
