You are the moderator. And when you open any topic it changes status to reviewed.
Other people get New Topic even if they are subscribed to category you have applied topic to (discuss category problem in other topic)
You will not see notification of new topic which was added by you.
We are still adjasting events. Actualy you do not have to receive those events because you wre one who changed the status.
