1) Since Timeline uses a thumbnail of the uploaded image, the logical consequence would be a modal window/lightbox to display the real image.
2) The timeline script supports a thumbnail up to 32x32 in the small timeline marker. It would be good to have this supported as well.
3) not a priority, but optional support of other features like tags (categories), media caption, media support etc would complete the implementation based on the provided features of the timeline.js script.
