Empty Categories Hide/Show

Function Empty Categories Hide/Show in category index template don't work... is it a bug or do I something wrong?

If to use setting like this, it will hide all categories.

Empty category may continue show up if it contains other categories.

Hmm, still don't understand... You mean that parent category will be shown if it have empty categories... with this I agree, but in my example I have 1 empty parent category and 1 empty child category and they should be hidden as by the logic of my settings.

Same here ...

If i select in Cobalt7 category template parameter -- Empty categories to "NO" -- no category/section shows anymore (even if they have records in it)

Same with default template

Sergey ok.

Categories Module parameter seems not to work.

I can still see empty 1st level categories.
Also tested with deeper levels. They are also displayed if empty.
