Create good url to search engines friends

Hello, I'm creating the various sections of my site with Cobalt and I'm having trouble creating good url for site management. I created a category, and I saw that you create many subcategories in the url link and this I do not like.

For example, you create this link relative to a category: http://www.centroolistico.org/area/operatori/category-items/1-categoria-operatori/2-operatori

How you can make it good? / Category-items / what it refers to?

here is general background information and some tips:

Optimize SEF links

There are also global config options:
If you need a very special customization, it is possible to modify and change the router.php file.
or you can switch between "current category" and "full category path":

cob_global_config_seo_categories

As far as I can tell, the current implementation is a result to get the best performance. Even with hundred-thousands of records.
If performance is not an issue, you might use a 3rd-party extension like MijoSEF + Cobalt Addon.
