Help with permissions. Make a type been seen from admin user

Hello, Newbie post here, be advised.

I'm doing something wrong because user with special access level can't see the records of a type of a "registered" access level user

How I can achieve this?

I have done:

1. Create a type, section and menuitem for "registered" access level
2. I've created another menuitem with "special" access level pointing to the type above.

Loging in with the "special" access level user I can see the menuitem but not showing nothing.

Any tips for make it working this simple structure?
