Backgruound of forum-menu is missing

Hello,

The background of the forum menu (forum section pack) is missing in my theme (WT Folio). How can i fix that? Its there on some of the forumpages (f ex inside a category, but not at homepage).

Also i wounder, if there is possible to show the menu inside thread / discussion? That would made it easier to navigate futher.

What background? I think this is CSS you can simply add it.

This was already somewhere. I tought it is not dificult and started to add this. But it turned out to be more complicated than I thought. So I postponed this for perhaps later time.
