Depends on what payment gateway you are going to use. If you use payPal I think you can accept any CreditCard. What are you plannign to use?

You mean EU VAT rules? Right now it is not fully compatible with latest 2015 VAT. You can configure VAT separately for every country of course but it does not work as required when VEIS goes in place and rules for EU registered and not registered customers.

Single package purchase

The $95 single purchase package does not include the paypal addon.
Only the package contents listed on the product page description.

The single purchase is for lifetime. (at least for v9)

Subscriptions

The $99 subscription lasts for 6-month. It allows to download all Emerald items/addons.
A subscription includes any major version release, as long as your subscrition is active!
Renewals have 20% discount.
