J2 Store field problem with file tab

I am creating Digital files store using J2Store, but when I click on Set product Files button it opens modal window and says No results found but there are files in that folder and on same site when I use standart Joomla articles this feature works fine.

I know that Cobalt has own field pay to download but my client needs more payment options so this is why we are using J2Store.

How is ti related to cobalt? As I understand J2Store does nt display files right?

So there is J2store field which displays J2 store submit form in Cobalt submit form right?

Same J2store submit form appears when using Joomla articles submit form.

In Joomla articles this form works fine, but in Cobalt it does not.

Outside Cobalt J2Store does not have problems but when using with Cobalt it has problem mentioned above, so this is why I reported this problem here.

You are using content plugin in Cobalt? I mean you show in in HTML filed or you use J2Store field?

I use J2store field.

but because it had problems which I explained above I created Shop without Cobalt using Joomla articles and standart J2store list menu item and in this case there are no problems.

But if I open again Cobalt submit form after I submited item using Joomla articles then on a place of no files found message I see details of product which was added via Joomla articles.

Понятно. Это нужно все проверять. У меня сейчас среда на настроена с j2store. Дайте мне доступ на ваш сайт с доступом к SSH или FTP и я поробую онлайн проверить.
