cron doesn't work for emerald link with "&" character
I've setup a cron as stated in the manual, but I'm receiving email and I can see the cron command is truncated right where "&" character is
like mydomain.com/index.php?option=com_emerald so that's why nothing is triggered.
Running latest Centos. Let me know if there's an option to fix this.
