Добрый день. Just installed your component. To be truth was expecting a little bit more.

1.When I'm using retrict anything string and "link": "1" doesn't show any links 2. How and where to change templates to all component pages. AS 3. Can't install thru extension manager language pack pkg_com_emerald.j3.ru-RU.v.9.01_by_AsmuZ.zip package уже использует каталог: .../administrator/manifests/packages/ru-RU. Вы пытаетесь повторно установить данное расширение? 4. Multi currency? 5. more coming

For the wishlist: 1. User managment page, where's easy to track user activity, current subscriptions etc.plus moderate it if needed. 2. Templates for system emails and more notofication settings please 3. Multi currency (I guess) 4. Restriction rule section is not for average user. I think it could be more user-frindly, at least something like a joomla UI for assigning modules or checking materials or catgories will work. 5. Documentation is very poor. 6. Support ticket system where information could be handled more detalied, organized and more privatly. 7. Offline payment invoice generation with bank account details

There's more stuff to improve really. I was taking seriously statement that you've added about anything to your component and it really disapointed me once I install it.

There is a bug in the instalation. Please simply unzip files and copy manually to language folders. Also it is not out language package. This is third party package.

In what sence? There is multicurrency. You can set different currencies to different plans. Unfortunately you cannot set different currencies to same plan.

The email text is HTML field. You can enter there watever you like. I mean it gives you already way to format your mails unlimited.

Also about "more notification settings" could you be more specific, what kind of settings we are talking about?

When you create topic, you can check "Private" checkbox and your topic will turn into private tiket.

Why don't you try demo before you install it? You could see all that there.

You know that there is always room to improve. There is no extension where good suggestion could not be made. Also there are hundreds of different ways to do the same thing.

Anyway, I am opened to constructive critic, ideas and suggestions and ready to implement all that will make sense to me. Unfortunately I will not be able to implement everythiong people ask me to.

For example Multi currency. I do not see reason to implement it. Because it does not matter what is the currency or your bank account and buyer debit/credit card, the convertion will be done automaticaly. For example I am in Russia and I have Puble card, and I try to purchase plan that listed in USD. I know that I will pay that amount based on the currency rate of my bank, And this is really important moment.

You see the moment you give user price in the other currency, you have responsobility to charge this amount. It is like with one currency you show how much you will get, with multi currency you show how much you will charge. If you charge one Ruble more you can get into trouble as cheater. It means that wen user switch currency on your site, it should be converted acording to his bank rate. how do you even know which bank it is? If you enter any currency rate it will be few cents different and as a result amount you show as plan price and amount deducted from user account might be different. That can create a lot of legal problems. It is much better to show how much you will get only. So you know you will get $10 for this plan and that is for sure. howmuch user will be charged is not your business and depends on so many factors.

Create Joomla template overrides. For the list of the plans you can create copy of components/com_emerald/views/emlist/tmpl/default_list_default.php or other deafult_*.php file, change it and set in plan group parameter.

You can send all information in email of ofline gateway. We cannot generate invoice as attachment. But there is invoice button in subsctipion history. It is not invoice actualy it is a bill only.

Currently there is only one way to do that. You can integrate Emerald with Hikashop and user will be able to purchase Emerald plans through hickashop products. If there are few products, few plans will be purchased. But there is no shopping cart in emerald.

May be CSS issue of your template. Unfortunately we cannot be sure it looks perfect on every Joomla template. So perhaps you will need manual adjustments. Or ensure your template is based on Bootstrap 2.x

When you create plan, got to Actions tab, there is the list select your action, configure and save.

You might copy and paste the URL from each plan's "Buy now" button.
Each plan has the following URL structure:

index.php?option=com_emerald&view=empayment&sid=999&Itemid=111

sid=999 is the ID# of your particular plan.

Itemid=111 is the MenuItemID from your respective Plans/PlanGroup page.

Change numbers accordingly. Hope this helps.

The component is very buggy. Is there's a way to have support over chat or skype or phone? Otherwise it's going to take months to make it work properly.
