Pay Pal Gateway error "The subscription not found" when returning to the site after paying

I am suddenly having an issue with PayPal not communicating back to the website correctly. I can regsiter, pay and when I hit pay now it charges me and then I get a 500 error page with "The subscription not found" and it does not report back to the site that the subscription is paid.

In the sales tab, I can see the subscription with a warning triangle next to it, no subscription id# next to it and it is not published. The user does nto get any emails indicating success except from paypal where they are charged.

I updated both Emerald and PayPal and Joomla today to the newest versions to ensure that was not an issue there.

how record in DB can be without ID? DO you mean gateway_id? Or id? Please create access to me and I'll check.

I am the web designer on the site. The primary key is not being updated. I actually had to tell the database that id was the primary key in order to be able to edit the entries that were not shosing up correctly from the other day.
Now, if I tell it to "add" it tries to make the id "0" and throws an error message. It is as if the datase is missing a field for the subscription table.

Let me knwo how to get you direct access and I will sen you an login.

Just post it in private topic on this forum. There is checkbox - Private on the form.

I need to see your DB scructure, so before you give me access make sure something like AceSQL is installed.
