Error Message when creating record

I receive this error when I create and save a new record. What does this mean?

Warning "JFolder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths."

Not sure. There have to be more in the error. There should be path itself. Also turn on debug mode and see debug log, there should be error trace.

seems to have corrected itself. No longer happening.
