Where can I edit or configure the Navigation bar as shown in this screen shot. http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/362709/31e56b3e1e545c5f7a6902431c919368

I want to remove a couple of items (for example +Post Project Here, My Menu) and do some CSS

The section menu and also search/filters can be found in the markup layout template.
Go to -> YourSection -> 2. Tab General Parameters -> Templates -> Markup layout (click edit button)

The default markup template provides a lot of parameters to show/hide elements!

There is also a Custom CSS area for quick edits:

mj_cob_markup_css

And a special tab for the section menu parameters:

mj_cob_markup_sec_menu

As always, if you want to change more code and need your own custom layout: Copy/Rename the default template in Cobalt's template manager! Select and assign your new template in section param.
Tip: There is always an accompanying, external CSS file with the same name. Just edit/add CSS in that file, it will be loaded automatically.
