Multi Level Select not display results

Im using the Multilevel select for my camera site to display manufacture/model etc. However after I select to add variant (having the ability to add my own) it does not display my select on frontend public view nor does it display it after I edit and save it.

In your first screenshot do you see orange add button? The selection will not be added until you click it.

That is because you may add 3 variants. You can see message that you limited to add 3 items. The form selection without add button works only if you restricted to single addition.

Yes. Thank you. I did add it yes.. but when I hit save it goes away. Like I have to start over again and cannot edit it. And of course its not showing on public view.

So basically it's not saving it.

At first it did not save. Even if I change title. I was trying and trying but no success. Then at some point it started work. Now it saves. I do not know what was the reason.
