User screen not loading when trying to manually create a new subscription

I have just encountred the errorwhen i try to manually subscribe users to a subscription service, I click add user, then screen goes half blank but nothing else happens, no popup screen appears, are you able to help me fix this issue? Your login details for the betjam site are still the same, however it is a live site now www.betjam.com.au

This is Joomla field element called user selector. It does not work because your template is not based on bootstrap. It should load modal window from bootstrap.

This is becomming very common issue. I'll see what I can do about it. May be i'll get rid of bootstrap modal.

There are some extra libraries loaded that messup everything. Also I think you use may be bootstrap 3 instead of 2 where hide is permanent.

Also for your edit subscription plan link I set protostar templte. I think this link is available only for admins. So it is ok.

I have fixed that on your site. You can add manual sales not. Fix also will be in next release.

Agree. Nice tip! Since Joomla supports "Template style" per MenuItem, this is a valid solution for full frontend compatibility.
