Can You add a one off setup fee + monthly payment in Emerald 9

Hi I am very interested in Emerald9 it does everything I would require but I am unclear if it can do the following:

Can it charge a one off setup fee + a monthly subscription?

Example: User Subscription 1 = £350 one off payment + £20 a month

Can this be done??

Hello Matt,

An interesting question... I am not sure you can build this in a one-step workflow. As far as I know, you could setup a lifetime plan for the fee. After that, allow to purchase the monthly plan.

In my quick example setup, the monthly plan requires the lifetime plan. The monthly plan can be made visible via a parameter. It also includes a special message below:

emerald_plans_oneoff_monthly_example

You can do that with paypal. In PayPal parameters you may indicate how many cycles to run if you use recurring payments. For example you create one year plan $20/month.

The only problem that price of the plan will be $20/Month. You can change it in custom template by adding $340/Year.
