Hi, I have created a plan priced at £144. First time subscriber get a £7.20 fixed price discount.

I sent an existing ssubscriber a discount coupon code to give 5% discount

However the user was charged £144 instead of £136.80 and when I checked the invoice it has priced the plan at 151.20 (which works out at the plan price of £144 plus 5% £7.20) and then deducted the £7.20 to arrive back at a chargeable price of £144 !

Other users have used similar coupons and the charged price was correct £144 - 5% (£7.20) - £136.80

Why should that be?

How do you define that in plan parameters?

So is it existing subscriber or the one who is subscribing?

chambersc Why should that be?

I would like to see on your plan settings closly.

Also in your plans I can see the Acymailing action twice and looks like the same. Is it the same or different?

I thought it is problem of local calculation. It turned out that this was miscalculation before sending to payment. Since it only happened once, it is very hard to say what happened.

Let's see if we ever get into the same problem again.
