Error Template not found / config not found

Only during submission? Most likely an issue with your current submission form template and category selection...

Please, check your Type -> General parameters. -> Submission Form -> edit...

What is your setting for Category select parameter?

I have noticed, that the "category select" parameter reverts back to the previous value. And that template might have no saved parameters, yet. Thus there is no saved config file. That might be the meaning of your error message.

For instance...
You enter the modal window dialog...
You choose a "category-select" template and hit the edit-button at once...
(Hence: your previous selection was not saved!)
then you Save/Close this sub-template step...
Then you hit Save/Close for the actual Submission form template.
(Result: Wrong cat-select template is set!)

Suggestion

Especially on new Types, you might run into this. So, you could set this parameter FIRST and SAVE/APPLY the changes. AFTER that hit the edit button for the "category select" parameter.

Or simply check the "category select" template parameter before leaving the window! Set it again, then Save/Close the dialog.

thanks for your hint. Meanwhile I managed to solve the issue by just unpublishing and republishing the respective category.
