Glossary does not display URL link when

Glossary works fine on my site except that if the "Glossary Title" or target text appears in a URL link, it breaks the URL and displays the entire html code. If I switch off the plugin, the link displays as normal.

This is known issue. There is no easy way around this. If defenition is inside the link, then link it link is created. I think you can try to change it to tooltips instead of link.

I have to research on it, how to fix regex so that it finds keyword but not within the link.
