there are 2 related modules:

Both work in Cobalt user's homepage context only. They do not show up in other contexts.

There is a module that shows it. Add this module to user profiles page you want. For example to JSN profile page.

I mean, detecting the profile page context in CB, ES, JS.

Not yet. May be I need to create some universal parameter that would allow to set URL parameters that should sense user homepage.
