Easysocial - presale question

Could you please advise if the following can be done with Emerald

I would like to offer 2 profiles

1. free profile with limited custom fields

2. a paid subscription with a full custom field profile

Important: if a paid subscriber does not renew their subscription, then they would be automatically downgraded to (1.) the free profile.

However, I would also like to offer a lapsed subscriber the opportunity to reinstate their membership and full profile.

Is this possible.
