Hi, Further to my post below .....

I have installed latest Joomla 3.3.1 and installed Cobalt. I then installed Calendar and Gallery.

Opening each menu item gives a similar error.

Error

Field 'gallery' not found. Maybe it's not installed.

Then, I go to Records and I see several records from Gallery and Calendsr. I try to open a title, I get the error to login again ...

Error ! No Permissions!

I am happy for you to login and take a look.

Thanks

Hello and welcome to world of Cobalt!

Regarding your other related post with not installed messages:

Did you install the FREE Cobalt package? If so, then you don't have the required (commercial) fields. i.e. Gallery field, Date & Time field.

Headsup: Both packs and included templates are FREE. But the functionality is build upon two commercial fields. As stated in the Gallery pack description, you might switch to and use the regular image field instead. This option is not available for Calendar pack. The Date & Time field is mandatory.

All commercial add-ons can be purchased separately, or all together in the Cobalt Everything (Subscription plan).

Hope this helps.

mmmm . I am getting permission errors everywhere! I'm reluctant to spend $99 on something I feel may not work for me.

Thanks for your great support!

Actually, you can use and test Cobalt free package... which already offers a heap of features and fields. For Gallery and Calendar you can also try the DEMO site!

For backend, simply use the usual admin J! URL ;)

BTW, Cobalt7 for J!2.5 is completely free. You will find very similar Gallery and Date/Time fields there, if you want to play with the parameters.

Try to unpublish gallery and date time fields from types to avoid errors and see if you still have permission problems.

Also check in global Cobalt parameters that you are global moderator.
