Records module, does not show "delete" option in dropdown options

Hi Sergey,

Seams that in cobalt records module, this code:

<?php echo list_controls($item->controls);?>

Does not show the "Delete" option, if I go on listing detail page delete option appears ok

Canot reproduce this. I can se Delete in module.

Any suggestion how to debug to see why the option does not shows ?

I added some change that possible could fix this.
