I just found a problem:
If you use "cobalt types as comments" ( set to be publish comments automatically ) for comments, if the article is unpublished ( partent ), and someone know the direct link to submit a comment ( chield ) for that article, they can submit a comment, this can cause website to go down with a 404 error.
So my suggestion in this case is to check and if parent item is unpublished then do not allow a comment to be submitted for it.
