Hello Sergey,
Would be nice to have an option for example when you ( only for admins ) edit a listing, to have checkbox called "Silent edit" this way you can check the box, and after you edit that listing, there should not be send any email.
This is good when you want to make some minor changes to that listing but you don't want listing owner to get notified
