Status field - email notification not sent for Status 1 - Cobalt 8

Hello Sergey,

I just found that, there's no email notification send when Status 1 is set ( which is default status ).

I order to send it I have to change to another status and then select again Status 1 in order the notification to be sent.

When status set during article creation, another notification is set that there is new article.

It is not a bug to fix. We have event on status changed. But when you create article status is not changed it is created. And there is also new article even all the time. SO if we add status changed those events will be always togather. So it does not make sense. You can simply monitor new artilce events to see the status.

Well that's not the reason i use it for Sergey, I was using default status1 to send some kind of submit confirmation to the person who submitted an inquiry :(
