Feature request: Option in Cobalt records module if no records found

Hello Sergey

Can you an a new parameter in cobalt records module, so that if module returns no records to show a message like:

"There were no records found"

And have a parameter in module parameters to decide if you want or not to use this option by choosing "Yes/No"
