Easysocial apps add option to decide if you want the css file to be loaded or not

Hello Sergey,

Could you update easysocial applications so that admin can have an option to decide if he wants the css file for that application to be loaded or not ?

Since this file is empty anyway, I turned this off at all.

I just checked this Sergey and nothing has been changed. those files are still loaded

Deleting the files, will not help as the css files are still loaded in the page source and that can cause 404 errors
