Feature request: Real Name inside registration field

@Sergey can you please "Real Name" for registration field, so that when someone register when publish something, they also need to provide their real name also, because currently it only ask for a Username

This is minimal registration fields needed. I would not like to add other fields. Then people willa sk for website, telephone, ... There really is no limit to what fields to add.

At last make it optional please, because we really need this, using this field for reviews, and when people register, they use ugly usernames :(
