Hi

I'm testing our plans with Worldpay gateway and when going through checkout when I tell it to simulate an authorised transaction I'm getting a blank page with just the words OPC!!Back off!!

I've checked call back urls and response passwords and I'm at a loss, any ideas?

It does not sounds like Emerald 9. It sounds like emerald 8 for Joomla 2.5

But any way this is because Worldpay password entered in plan parameters do not conform to callback password entered in Merchant Interface.

Also how do you get on that page? Did you enter anything into WP configuration in Merchant Interface?

Hi

Yes I see now I was using Joomla 2.5, and yes we had the dynamic call back set in the WP merchant interface.

Anyway, I'm trying it out now on a Joomla 3 site, but the Worldpay plugin is showing as Authorize.net, really confused?

and I've just noticed in the download area that the file name is gateways_emerald.j3.authorize.v.9.14.zip in the Worldpay section?

I uploaded it by mistake. I hate MAC for that. Sometimes it change file position in the list after you click on it. And on the second click of double click it may chose already different file.

I have change that. PLease download Worldpay file.

If you want you can give me access to your site and I'll check this plugin. Because i had no chance to test it on real site example.

If you want to move users to certain Joomla group on successurchase and then move them back, simple use group action

http://www.mintjoomla.com/downloads/item/34-actions/269-change-user-group.html

FYI. It is very rare cases when user groups change are really needed. In most cases Emerald plan is considered as alternative user group with is assigned to use without changing Joomla group.

You ought to use this action only if you plan to hide some modules or if your access is really depends on user groups.

In other words if you create user groups just for Emerald, most of all you are doing something wrong. But if you create user groups even if there is not emerald, then you may use those.
