I have setup my restrictions page now but I get this error now

You try to access page that is accessible only for moderators. You have not enough rights.

Ihow can I fix this ???

Is it Cobalt or Emerald error? it looks like you add Emerald 9 issues anywhere but not in Emerald 9 category.

Can you give URL of the page you are trying to access?
