Hi, is there a way to hide the toolbar button ‘Add record here’ for registered user? In Type – Submission parameter i cen set ‘Who can Submit’ on ‘Special’ but the button is visible and a popup say ‘login or register to submit'. id like to hide it for registered user... Thanks marco

Unfortunately some topics/posts got lost. Including my answer with screenshots.


You will find many options in Cobalt's templates. Especially the main markup template, which includes settings for section's menu and advanced search/filters.

  • Go to YourSection -> General Parameters tab -> Templates -> Markup layout (click edit button)
  • In modal window go to Section Menu tab -> Menu Elements ...

There are 2 parameters to hide/show the submission link by ACL.
First parameter is for general display.
Second one is for Section's home context only.
