Hi, I ask for me, but also for community, I think, because it's not 100% clear and not explained.

The "ultimate" subscriptions are indeed very good... if you need everything. Buying only the "Mint elements" that I need is a more attractive option to me. The question is, if I "Buy Now" something, will I have access to that bit for the next versions?

For example I "buy now" Emerald 9 only, will I have access to Emerald 10? Or a Cobalt field v8.850 - will I get Cobalt field v9.200 (just examples).

And a final suggestion: While the subscription purchases are very well explained in the FAQ, the "Buy Now" option gets you straight to paypal. I would suggest to have a clear explanation/FAQ or intermediate page before paypal - for single purchases as well.

Thanks, George

Yes, you have access to all versions from now forward.

Yes you will have an access as long as it is for Joomla 3.x. And perhaps for Joomla 4 but that depends. In Emerald 10 and Cobalt 9 we decoupled MVC library and now it works independent of Joomla MVC which was changed even from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.x (although still support legacy) and in Joomla 4 it is going to change again. But generaly we have to be ready for that. Now we are totally independent.

You know my policy is always build as native extensions as possible. Not only use Joomla API but also arcitecture of extensions like it is ment to be. But that aproach failed. Joomla chnages their ming and we are screwed up. And all our customers with us. So now we try to avoid this. So I can say that now it is 50/50 that updates for Joomla 4 wil be free.

I'll have my head around this later.

I would suggest to mention this important background information on the plans/product pages or the FAQ.

Thank you Sergey for all explanations. And agree @pepperstreet, the clearer for everyone - the better, both for MintJoomla team and for clients.
