Hi Sergey,
I have a multi-vendor business model where my website member (Seller) can list articles and specify a fee for other members to gain access. Other members (Customers) purchase access to the articles (using PayToAccess) and pay via PayPal with protection of PayPal's 60day refund policy. This means I need to hold the payment until after PayPal's refund period expires before deducting my commission from Proceeds of Sale and passing the remainder to the Seller. I have been reading about the Delayed Chained Payment method where I can receive money from the Customer, then delay payment to the Seller for up to 90 days, allowing for expiry of the refund period.
Is this available in Cobalt?
Thanks, Randall.
