Is Emerald compatible with Joomla 3.5.0?

I cannot confirm it right now. But from the list of changes in 3.5 I do not see any problem. Try it loccaly and see if you have any problems. Repost and I'll fix it shortly.

Sorry, i didn't have time to install wamp and create a local copy, but I see you have a new version now (v.9.402)

has this been tested with the latest joomla v 3.5.1

I have updated Joomla to 3.5.1 on one site and users have not reported about any problem but I can't say 100% that there are not any problems because I have not tested.
