When I place a new order and try to inserta new address
teh system ask me to choose acountry fomr the list
I want to display by default only 1 country, but in the states list in emerald settings I see that you can
only delete them, not just suspend them, whcih is what I'd prefer to do

I want to disable the VIES check of the VAT number during submission of a new adress, how can I do that,
i can't find the setting
