With cobalt 7 is there a pointing system that can be enabled or is there. 3rd party plugin that can be seamlessly integrated?

Unfortunately, there is no pointing system in Cobalt 7. There is only in Cobalt 8 and not Cobalt's one. it is integrated with JoomSocial karma. We also plan to make integration with AlphaUserPoint
