Cobalt - Module - Filters ... Set a default filter value

Hi,

I'd like to set a default filter value that is always on, unless turned off.

I have a number of business records, they have values of "open" and "closed".

I would thus like only "open" businesses records to be displayed by default unless the user specifically chooses "closed".
