Issue with Gallery Thumbnails

Hi,

I have a problem with the gallery plugin, in fact, I have created many types and sections, some are working fine but some not, see on this link http://www.sjktours.com/mauritius-car-rental/item/22-manual-cars/51-kia-picanto.html under the gallery tab, thumbnails are not showing, just a small grey box, I believe that this has something to do with css but could not find the problem, can you please help me about this issue? gallery_thumbnail

We can open your site because it offline. Check is thumbnails create, maybe some permission for uploads folders is not correct.

Hi, sorry for this but there was a problem with my server, site is back online now and can be accessed again. As I mention, this cannot be a permission issue as I have many types/sections on the website, some are working fine and some others not.

I am using memcache for my website, could this be causing the issue?

It's strange on hotel page its work fine. Can you add admin (super user) credentinals in head article, than we check it.

Make sure folder cache has permision mode 777.

@Konstantin thank you very much for this, can you please tell me what was the issue? Was it a problem with our configuration, a problem with the template css or cobalt itself?

Hi,

it problem was in cobalt with crop resize mode.
