IP to Country Joomla 3.x

Hi, Is it necessary to install the IP to Country on Joomla 3.x as well? If yes, I cannot find a version compatible for Joomla 3.x on the download section?

The IP to Country is only required if u use the comment system (i believe) to display country flags.

It only display flags in backend and is not required. In fact there is bug in Joomla a3 series that does not allow include SQL files with "files" installation type. This means that it will not install DB anyway.

What do you mean by installing manually? From directory?

Unarchive package. Find SQL file. open it and replace all #__ to your DB prefix. Use PMA or other MySQL client to run that query.
