Record Module "Field value equal to... EMPTY"

I'm trying to set up some Record modules. I have a field element, which is a text area. How do I display all records whose text area is empty? Like: "Field value - equal to... EMPTY"

Do not enter anything into Field Value parameter then it will compare agains empty string. But just in case I added 2 new conditions IS NULL and IS NOT NULL.
