Custom form header (Submit)

When I submit a new record, I want to customize the form header.

In Cobalt 7, I can customize it this way :

Edit Content Type > General Parameters > Templates > Submission form > default_edit

Core > General > Custom form header

But this option is missing in Cobalt 8. I presume this option is somewhere else.

But where ???
