[SOLVED] Error You try to access page that is accessible only for moderators. You have not enough rights.

When a registered user tries to purchase a plan, the following message appears:

Error

You try to access page that is accessible only for moderators. You have not enough rights.

It seems to be related to the config setting: Who can moderate

If I set this to Registered then the issue is solved.

But I don't want registered users to be able to moderate.
