Option to send notification mails in plain text

Hi,

I have noticed that if a users subscribes to receive notification mails, the mail is formatted as html.

The use of bullets and html hyperlinks in the email is probably the reason why it is html formatted, but could you implement an option to send them as plain text?

I was thinking as an option in Cobalt settings. A user setting is pointless, because there's no way to format the notification email.
