Private Child records

I do not think so. Please describe your idea more.

I saw a job board discusion and I would like to develope one my self. What I wanted is to use child fields for submition of proposal.

Can you think of a better idea to create a job board or I would have to go for joombri. I think joombri is much too complecated for my needs.

I want job posting, submition of proposals, rating. Jomsochial integration is also useful for addind CV etc. No payment will be needed.

It means that Project author have to see all proposals and proposal author only his own proposal.

Ok, I added this behavior to Cobalt articles as comments. Will be available in next version. Just make proposal Who can view special. Then only authors of proposal and authors of parent job others will see those proposals.

BTW there is also function to limit only one proposal per offer.

Hi Sergey . I am aware of that private communication was introduced through cobalt core comments . But can you introduce same feature for child record too. The reason behind is , say for record comments is ON for everyone and still we may need privately communicate with the author.

In current system if we use comment to communicate privately between author and commenter then actually we have no original comment option to use for the records .

cobalt 9 coming this december as promised?

I have never promissed anything about Cobalt 9 :). Just because some people insisted I gave my estimation. And I can surely say it will not be released this december.

add - parameter to parent and child fields to allow access to restricted article for authors or of the relations. That means that you can allow users to submit children privately and only child author and parent article author will see it. This parameter makes parent article author considered as special.
