There is an error message displaying on the customer check out page:

Please can you make screenshot of defenition of get_subscrption_id($who = NULL) in components/com_emerald/library/gateways/2co/2co.php

I couldnt see get_subscrption_id($who = NULL) just the one shown above in this file.

Change it to $who = null
