Trying to install the IP2Country database v8.0 on a fresh Joomla3 with Cobalt 8 - getting an error: Error Archive does not exist

All directory permissions settings are correct. I then uploaded the file manually and tried to install it with the Joomla installer from the URL directly. Still the same problem:

Problem solved - that was a classic:the path to the TMP and LOG folder in the configuration.php was set wrong..... ._.

Good. But this package is not installeв properly anyway. Because Joomla has a but for applying SQL queries for file type installation. i had already reported it. Let's see if it is going to be fixed next Joomla release.
